Tracey Chester, M.S., M.A., Psychotherapist, LMFT has been treating patients and their families for over a decade Tracey believes in a warm, non-judgmental environment for her patients. Tracey employs the latest techniques that help with mood disorders and the effects chronic pain has on mood and quality of life, including insight -oriented therapy, mind-body practices and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, amongst other techniques. Tracey is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and develops customized plans for her patient’s treatment and their application to chronic pain. Tracey is also a chronic pain patient so has unique insight and understands what it is like to live with pain every-day and try to have a meaningful life.

Leng Ky, MD – Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Specialist

Dr. Ky is a board certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Specialist in private practice since 2012. He completed his Fellowship training in Pain Medicine at UC San Diego Medical Center in 2012 and completed his Residency training in Anesthesiology at UC San Diego Medical Center in 2010. He graduated from UCLA School of Medicine in 2006 and graduated from UC Riverside with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biomedical Science in 2002.

Dr. Ky is not only a practitioner of Pain Medicine, but he is also a chronic pain sufferer. As a result, he understands the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that go along with a life-changing, but invisible disease.

Dr. Ky is well versed in medical management and interventional pain procedures. He knows that the best results come from an integrated approach to pain. Dr. Ky continues to practice Anesthesiology at Palomar Medical Center. This hybrid practice gives him insight into our patients’ surgical procedures and helps tailor recommendations around perioperative pain management.

Dr. Ky enjoys martial arts, theatre, and spending time with his children.

Jaren Soloff is a Registered Dietitian in private practice dedicated to empowering individuals to heal with nutrition. With over 4 years of experience and an evidence-based practice, Jaren combines nutrition science with powerful behavioral change techniques. In her own nutrition practice and through partnering with North County Pain Management, Jaren seeks to educate individuals to prevent and heal disease through implementing sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes.
